I offer one to one counselling sessions on a weekly basis. These can be:
Face to Face sessions are offered from my counselling room in Downend. I offer a warm and confidential space for you to engage with the counselling process.Sessions can be booked weekly and are open ended (as many or few as you choose).
Each session is 1 hour (60 minutes).
Walk & Talk sessions are offered from Lincoln Barn or Vessels Park.
Being outside and connecting with nature is a restorative and beneficial form of therapy. Offering an alternative to the confines of a counselling room can be freeing for some clients.Being in the fresh air and walking has been linked with helping to reduce levels of depression and anxiety while helping you remain grounded. Walks are set at your pace and can be a gentle stroll or a little faster paced depending on what you feel comfortable with.
Different walks in other areas can be discussed if preferred.
Each session is approximately 50 minutes.
Online sessions are offered on Skype and Zoom. I offer a warm and confidential space for you to engage with the counselling process. Sessions can be booked weekly and are open ended (as many or few as you choose).
A platform of your choice can be discussed if preferred.
